Anonymous Gathered to “Occupy Wall Street”! [Pictures]

Arab Spring, Kalle Lasn of the counterculture magazine AdBusters managed a Twitter led protest on Saturday with a title of “Occupy Wall Street”, the protest was organized to bring substantial and concrete changes in the US economical scenario by eliminating the corrupt, dishonest and white collar criminal elements from the society who are getting rich to richer by sucking the poor’s blood.

Anonymous, a globally famous group of hackers supported the “Occupy Wall Street” movement and many of their joined the protest holding play-cards in their hands and wearing typical Guy Fawkes masks on their faces.

On the call of “Occupy Wall Street”, thousands gathered in New York’s Financial District. The most interesting message written on one of the Anonymous cards was;

“The Corrupt Fear Us, The Honest Supports Us, The Heroic Join Us”

To avoid from any misfortune event, one side of the Wall Street subway station stairwell was completely closed by placing multiple barriers and blocks around Broadway and Wall Street in the presence of numerous local policemen.

Endorsed by the hacking group Anonymous, the police were taking no chances. But looking at an army of bored officers racking up overtime, the general response was summed up by one young New York City officer: “If you find the protest, let us know, because we haven’t heard a thing about it since we got here.”
