New iPad is scheduled to be launched in 10 countries on March 16-Friday, but according to latest reports Apple has already sold out all New iPad units well before of its launching date in every country where New iPad was going to be launched. Moreover, in the U.S. and Canada, all New iPad pre-orders made via Apple’s online store will now ship on March 19, with 03 days delay from on-sale date. Thefolks who have made their pre-orders for New iPad at the earliest time will be able to have the new tablet on Friday, March 16.

Orders of New iPad made from Australia will ship on March 22, while folks living in France, Japan, Germany, Switzerland and the U.K. will face a shipping delay of two to three weeks.

Hong Kong’s online store simply tells the customers that the new iPad is currently running short without any further details.

Interestingly enough, U.S. carriers AT&T and Verizon, which are also authorized for selling New iPad are just collecting the e-mails of their customers to inform them accordingly through notifications when the new tablet becomes available.

This situation of tight supplies and shipping delays is not surprising for the folks who want to have a new iOS device in their custody whenever Apple launches a new product.

On the launch of iPad 2, all iPad 2 units were sold out within a day in the U.S., where Apple had to announce the delays in shipping for several times; first it announced the shipping within 203 working days. The changed it into 5-7 days and finally promised for 2-5 weeks. But, actually, most of orders were entertained in 4-5 weeks- an “Intense” shipping estimate so far. Apple also acknowledged that it failed to judge the possible orders for iPad 2 due to which Apple fans had to wait for a long time to capture a new tablet.

Tech analysts were also predicting the same kind of shortage on the debut of New iPad by saying that it will be a hard job for Apple partners keep the supply of ultra high resolution Retina Display screen at a constant pace eventually creating the shortage like situation for New iPad in the tablet market.

The shortages have again provided golden opportunity to resellers who claim they will receive the New iPad next week and are receiving pre-orders for it with a 3x rise in prices. For example, on eBay, for example, a 16GB Wi-Fi third-generation iPad costs as high as $1,200, a 140% increase over the list price of $499, while 64GB 4G tablets are priced as high as $2,799, or 238% above the $829 list price.

Apple retail stores and other retailers like Best Buy and Radio Shack are scheduled to start selling the New iPad on Friday, March 16.
