Apple Grants Refunds to Unhappy Customers of Final Cut Pro X!
Apple is granting refunds to some of Final Cut Pro X customers who are not satisfied with the Apple’s latest Pro X and have registered their complaints through the company’s customer care channel.

Here is an example of one such email a disappointed pro received from Apple:
“Moving forward, I understand that you are not satisfied with the app “Final Cut Pro”. I can certainly appreciate you would like a refund, and I would be more than happy to help you out with this today. In five to seven business days, a credit of £179.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
Please note that this is a one time exception because the iTunes Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.”
Here is the direct link of a thread in Apple’s discussion forums which reveals that a number of users who have successfully got refunds for their Final Cut Pro X purchases. However, some unhappy Pro X customers describe that they had to request several times to Apple support staff for convincing them why they should be granted refunds.
As per policy matter, Apple never encourages return and refund type activities for the purchases from their App Store, though the company has recently offered 7-day refund policy for App Store purchases in Taiwan.
Apple only refunds to those unhappy customers they have some genuine reasons, and on individual basis too. Most of the customers who have gained refunds are the cases belonging to accidental purchases or other justifying excuses.
