Apple to Introduce UK 4G LTE iPad Version, iPad Mini Coming with Wi-Fi Only

Good news for Apple iPad users in the UK, the company is planning to update its popular ful size iPad tablet with 4G LTE Connectivity with the UK’s Everything Everywhere network, the most anticipated feature the people were dreaming for in the United Kingdom from the very first day of the third generation new iPad release released earlier this year, as reported by The Guardian. However, Apple will release its new iPad Mini with Wi-Fi support only.
Apple’s expected “iPad mini” will only come in a Wi-Fi version – but there will also be a revised version of the iPad with 4G connectivity compatible with the UK’s Everything Everywhere network, and sporting the new “Lightning” connector, industry sources have told the Guardian.

Multiple sources contacted by the Guardian have indicated that they think the announcement of the “iPad mini” is imminent, with retail sources saying that they anticipate new products in November.
The paper also hints to the recently released photos of iPad Mini by an Australian tech analyst Sonny Dickson in this concern. But these photos show only the iPad Mini mockups as the model /serial number is from a current-generation Wi-Fi iPad.
Moreover, paper’s claim of an iPad Mini with only Wi-Fi connectivity also doesn’t match with the previous news and the part leaks of the device as the rear shell of the iPad Mini has both the plastic covering for a cellular antenna at the top of the device, and a SIM card slot on the lower right. The leaked part might be a fake one, but it appears quite original and more polished and detailed than a emblematic fake.
Finally, the speculations that Apple is bringing an updated version of its full sized iPad are not new ones, however, the updated iPad would come with highly improved battery life or with a Lightning connector, but an iPad refresh with 4G LTE support for international markets is quite new. But it is totally not out of question at all especially when we are already experiencing iPhone 5 with global LTE support.
