Apple has added many new features to its most popular Operating System “iOS”. Apple would release iOS 5 for public on 12th October. Here are the top 10 Apple iOS 5 features and improvements, as noted by Scott Forstall at Apple’s “Lets Talk iPhone” Media Event;
- New “Notifications” app to keep you updated with all new updates & notifications.
- iMessage: An app for a new messaging service between iOS users. The messages are sent on WiFi + 3G.
- “Reminders” App.
- The OS has full Twitter integration.
- New “Newsstand” app bringing latest news from all over the world.
- New Camera app button on the lockscreen.
- Game Center Improvements allow you to add photos of friends, achievement points, friend recommendations…
- Fully Tabbed browsing in Safari.
- Improved “Mail” app.
- Finally, the OS would be PC free so you can sync your iOS devices with your computer, on air.
