Apple Sells Out Entire iPad Mini (Black & White) Pre-order Stock
On Friday, Apple sold out iPad mini (White) pre-order stock in no time stock but now it is being reported that supplies of the black models are also running short in the United States where Apple was showing maximum availability.
Actually, the availability of the black models in the U.S. online store began to run short on Saturday, when Apple announced that the shipping estimates of 16 GB Wi-Fi model have been moved to two weeks. The 32 GB and 64 GB models have now followed well, and all Wi-Fi iPad mini models are now being presented under two-week shipping estimates.
Apple is still citing its original “Mid November” estimate for cellular-capable mini models in the U.S., while for other countries it quotes “Late November” estimates.
The iPad mini will officially hit the shelves this Friday, November 2. People who have failed in placing their iPad mini pre-orders in time, can visit any nearby Apple’s retail stores where the sale of the device will begin at 8:00 AM on Friday.
Apple’s 4th generation iPad is also relaesing on Friday with the same launching plan that will see cellular-capable models delayed until mid-to-late November.
Notably, the shipping estimates for the pre-orders of new Wi-Fi iPad models are shown with shipping estimates of 01 week in many countries; however, for some ones it reads 02 week estimates.
