Comex to Join Apple: An Interesting Move for Both Comex & Apple!

Here comes breaking news “Comex to Join Apple”. Comex, a top class hacker and jailbreaker famous for his unique PDF based jailbreak tool “JailbreakMe”, is ready to join Apple as an intern. Interestingly enough, Apple hates jailbreaking and discourages all folks who are related to this field, while Comex “JailbreakME” is one of the most popular jailbreak tool for jailbreaking iPhone,iPad and iPod touch devices as it is the simplest,easiest and even fastest jailbreak tool. Moreover, Apple has also officially credited Comex for introducing Saffaron (PDF based) jailbreak tool “jailbreakMe” for its iOS 4.3.3 firmware,amazingly.
Comex just made a tweet to tell whole jailbreaking community about his latest move t apple.
He announced the hiring on Twitter:
It’s been really, really fun, but it’s also been a while and I’ve been getting bored. So, the week after next I will be starting an internship with Apple.
A few days ago, it was Forbes who posted a brief article on Comex life and his activities. According to it, Nicholas Allegra the is the real name of our beloved jailbreaker Comex and he is a 19-year old Brown University student from Chappaqua, NY. In that exclusive post, Comex defined jailbreaking as;
“like editing an English paper… You just go through and look for errors. I don’t know why I seem to be so effective at it.”
Comex latest win in jailbreaking arena is his new tool “JailbreakME 3.0” which is the first & only one that could be used for jailbreaking Apple’s iPad 2 as well on iOS 4.3.3- a device for which no jailbreak was available before Comex’s wonderful tool. Later on, Apple patched “JailbreakMe 3.0” exploit by introducing iOS 4.3.4,yet the folks on previous version are using “JailbreakMe 3.0” as the best tool for jailbreaking iOS devices with an ease of just clicking.
We think that Comex joining Apple is the most interesting move of the day. Though Comex didn’t mention his field of interest for which he would register himself with Apple as an intern.
We think, Comex would be offered to work for Apple’s Security Systems and to find the solution of loopholes (exploits, vulnerabilities) existing there in these systems, during his entire internship at Apple.
Hiring a jailbreaker or hacker for a hi-tech company like Apple is not a first time occurrence. We have already two prominent examples in this concern. First, Geohot joined Facebook as Software Developer. Second, Cydia fame Peter Hajas (MobileNotifier Developer) was hired by Apple as its summer intern.
