Apple has just seeded iTunes 10.5 Beta 3 and iOS Beta 3 for developers; should be noted that iTunes 10.5 Beat 3 fully supports the features incorporated in iOS 5 Beta 3, without which it would be entirely ineffective. iTunes 10.5 Beta 3 is a major update since it is essentially required for to boost up the speed of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on iOS 5 Beta 3. In short, iTunes 10.5 is the only mode through which you can restore to the latest beta version of iOS 5.
Previously, Apple seeded iTunes 10.5 Beta 2 and iOS 5 Beta 2 for developers that was enabled with the most desired Wi-Fi sync feature on all iOS devices.

The version of iTunes that comes with beta 3 cannot sync devices that have the beta 2 software installed. To avoid this problem, do the following:
Sync any devices that have beta 2 installed to the version of iTunes that came with beta 2.
Upgrade iTunes to the version that comes with beta 3.
Connect the device and install the beta 3 software. (Understand that you might see a failure to sync error when you first connect the device.)
After installing the beta 3 software, restore from your the backup you made in step 1.
Videos purchased from the iTunes Store do not play on a 2nd generation AppleTV over AirPlay with iTunes 10.5.
No need to say that to download iTunes 10.5 Beta 3 and iOS 5 Beta 3, you must be enrolled yourselves in Apple’s developer program that costs $100 per annum. This fee seems quite reasonable as it provides you to have Apple’s newest beta firmwares before they go to the hands of general public.

You can download iTunes 10.5 Beta 3 from Apple’s Dev Center and then launch it to restore iOS 5 Beta 3 version on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices, accordingly.
