Caution: iPhone Dev-Team also released PwnageTool 4.3 for iOS 4.3 untethered jailbreak. Those of you who rely on a carrier unlock MUST STAY AWAY from this guide. Use PwnageTool 4.3 instead.

Step 1:
Download iOS 4.3.1 for your iPhone 4/3GS, iPod touch 3G/4G and iPad 1G & iTunes 10.2.1.
Step 2:
Now Update/Restore your device to iOS 4.3.1 with the help of iTunes 10.2.1.
Step 3:
Download Redsn0w 0.9.6RC9 from these direct links;
Download Redsn0w 0.9.6RC9 for Windows.
Download Redsn0w 0.9.6RC9 for Mac.
Step-4:
Open Redsn0w 0.9.6RC9 & browse for the iOS 4.3.1 .IPSW file you downloaded in Step-1.
Step 5:
Ensure that “Install Cydia” is checked and click on “Next” to continue the jailbreak process.
Step 6:
Now make sure your device is certainly OFF & PLUGGED IN to your PC/Mac, then click “Next”.
