Download Spire (Cydia) for Porting Siri on Jailbroken iPhone 4/3GS! Chpwn and Ryan Petrich
Good news for the folks who want to port Siri on their previous iPhone models; Chpwn and Ryan Petrich have released a brand new tool “Spire” for porting Siri on previously unsupported but jailbroken devices like iPhone 4 and 3GS.

Spire is my (along with Ryan Petrich) new tool for installing Siri on previously unsupported, but jailbroken, devices. Spire is a small download, but while installing it will download Siri itself (directly from Apple). Spire is available in Cydia right now – go get it! This will use about 100 MB of data, so please connect to Wi-Fi before installing.
However for installing Siri on iPhone 4/3GS, Apple still asks authorization info for Siri which you would provide from any iPhone 4S. To add this information, Spire allows you to enter your own proxy server.
By using this (ancient) SiriProxy fork, you can setup a proxy using your own iPhone 4S to insert the needed information reasonably easily. Other solutions for proxying Siri will be listed here as they are developed – perhaps that sort of proxy might be included in the main SiriProxy repository.

Unlike previous tool for installing Siri on iPhone 4/3GS, Spire is quite free from copyright issues. Also instead of direct traffic via a particular proxy server, Spire allows you to specify your own proxy server.
Stay Tuned with us, we will come back with a step-by-step easy tutorial for how to install Siri on iPhone 4/3GS with new Cydia tool “Spire” just released by Chpwn and Ryan Petrich.
For more information, you can head on to Chpwn’s official blog right now.
