It is just amazing and exiting too;  iPhone Dev Team has just released the latest version of their jailbreak tool –RedSn0w 0.9.13dev1  to jailbreak iOS devices tethered including iPhone 4/3GS and iPod touch. The dev team proudly described that they are releasing a developer-only version of a redsn0w tethered jailbreak for app developers within two days of the release of iOS 6 beta at WWDC 2012 just like the last year.

The new developer version of RedSn0w 0.9.13dev1 can be used for jailbreaking following devices tethered on iOS 6.

The team has also warned the unlockers and the folks who depend on preserving their unlockable basebands to stay away from upgrading their devices to new iOS 6 operating system otherwise they would likely lose their unlockable basebands.

Moreover, the new RedSn0w 0.9.13 jailbreak tool is only meant for  the developers of jailbroken apps. The tool comes with a number of broken components like Cydia apps, Apple’s official apps, third party App Store apps. The tool is alsi useful for the folks who are looking for fixing bugs in their jailbroken iOS 6 apps

CYDIA WILL NOT BE INSTALLED because it just hasn’t had time to be updated to the new SDK. The only access you’ll get to the device is through SSH or afc2. If you don’t know what either of those are, you shouldn’t be using this developer version of redsn0w!

THIS REDSN0W WILL NOT HACTIVATE! You need to be an iOS developer with a registered UDID to get past the activation screens. PLEASE DON’T PIRATE APPLE SOFTWARE! Only registered devs with Macs can develop iOS applications,and only those people will have legitimate access to the beta IPSWs.
