Google to Release 10 inch Samsung Manta Tablet, 3G Nexus 7, LG Nexus Smartphone with Android 4.2

Google is going to hold a grand media event on 29th October in which the company will release a brand new 10 inch Samsung  Manta tablet (can be dubbed as Nexus 10), Nexus 7 with 3G connectivity, and LG Nexus smartphone along with an update to its mobile operating system dubbed as Android 4.2, according to a latest report from TNW.

The site also claims that Google will introduce two new versions of Nexus 7 tablet, a 32GB variant and a 3G variant.

It is also speculated that Google with the assistance of Samsung will reveal a  new 10-inch tablet with a “Codename Manta”, running Android 4.2, and offering a 2560×1600 pixel (10:16) resolution.

Well anticipated and widely leaked LG Nexus smartphone will also be announced in this event; featuring a quad-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon processor, 4.7-inch 1280 x 768 display, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera (and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera), a 2100mAh battery, and Android 4.2.

While with the OS update Android 4.2, Google will allegedly launch ‘Content in the center’ allowing users to access Play Store content from a widget and ‘Tablet Sharing’ permitting you switch between multiple tablet users, each with their own email and apps. The new updated panoramic feature in Android 4.2 will be quite able to compete with Apple’s iOS, introducing support for both horizontal and vertical movement.
