iPhone 5 Logic Board Includes A6 Chip, Qualcomm MDM9615M LTE Modem, Hynix Flash [Images]
Two new images of reportedly iPhone 5 logic board have hit the web those are well aligned with the photo leaked last month showing new iPhone’s logic board with an A6 chip. The images are posted by HDblog.it which show A6 Chip, Qualcomm MDM9615M LTE Modem, Hynix Flash.
The inclusion of A6 chip in iPhone 5 is not an amazing info now but the new photos also showing Qualcomm chip located opposite the nano-SIM tray from the A6 certainly the MDM9615M modem, which confirms the long rumored LTE compatibility for the new iPhone 5.

Also, as noted on Macrumor’s forums, Apple’s leaky search engine provide 06 results for iPhone LTE search tag which further confirms that new iPhone’s LTE capabilities are now out of any doubt.
A flash memory from Hynix is also included on the other side of iPhone 5’s logic board along with other chips from Murata, Skyworks, and Avago supporting Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, power amplification, gyroscope/accelerometer, and more.
Once it was rumored that Apple is going back to adopt Samsung flash memory but the existence of Hynix memory says something entire different; notably Apple has been involved in getting memory chips from multiple suppliers including Samsung, Toshiba etc.
