But now two teams of French researchers have dug out a newer solution to block WiFi signals from leaking out, with the help of some redecorating. Yeah, WiFi blocking wllpaper ‘Metapaper’ is economical and more effective as well.
The teams from the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble and the Centre Technique du Papier have created a special wallpaper called Metapaper. It has silver triangle shapes that are coated in a special ink made up of silver particles. WiFi signals should be blocked wherever Metapaper is applied, while still allowing for outside signals such as cellular wireless networks to get through.
Metapaper for blocking Wi-Fi signal hack will be priced at reasonable point just about the same price as “a classic wallpaper mid-range.”
Metapaper also not loses its Wi-Fi blocking ability even if you put another wallpaper design on it.
The best thing is the fact that Metapaper does a full and absolute WiFi signal blocking, when a user covers almost all of a home’s walls, roof and floors in order to stop any signals from leaking out. When Metapaper will hit the stores? It is still not obvious at this stage.
