Microsoft’s New Star Wars+ Xbox 360+Kinect Bundle can Arrest our Heart Beats with R2D2 Inspired Console & C3P0-Inspired Controller!
It is really great, really mind blowing and really very exciting for all gamers especially for millions of Star Wars lovers all around the world. I can feel their pleasure and hear their rousing voices which are turning loud on catching the news that reads: Microsoft has released a new Star Wars+Xbox 360+Kinect bundle, to tribute legendary Star Wars series at Comic-Con.
I think there is no body on our planet earth who doesn’t know about popular fiction film series of “Star Wars” based on the struggles to win stars and cosmological fields. Just for reminding, Star Wars is a classic film series picturised by George Lucas. The first film of this most appreciated film series was released in 1977 and from then “Star Wars” has become an iconic phenomenon for the folks who love to know about our space, astrology and cosmos. After multiple sequels, the franchise quickly became an international fame and now it is one of the most profitable franchises in the world seeding books, TV shows, games, cartoon series, toy lines, comic books,etc.
Microsoft‘s new Star Wars+Xbox 360+Kinect bundle comes with an R2D2-inspired Xbox 360 console, a gold C3P0-inspired controller, a white Kinect module, a 320GB hard drive and a copy of Kinect: Star Wars.
Moreover, for increasing salt to the story, Microsoft has turned the console a package of custom sounds taken straight from the Star Wars universe. So when you start your game on the ‘360, you’ll hear the thrilling sounds of R2D2 beep.
Gizmodo has just pushed out an in-depth hands-on preview on the Star Wars bundle, and notes;
I’m looking at a set of prototype boxes that’ll cradle the new Xbox 360 modeled after R2-D2, which is the most customized Xbox ever created. At the very top is an onyx box. Grey lines start to emerge, cradling a gold Xbox controller: It’s Darth Vader grasping the C-3PO controller. It’s badass. But it breaks the rules. Vader “can’t hold a modern piece of anything, because he’s not in our world,” explains senior industrial designer Rich Hanks. Lucasfilm has other ideas, like putting sand in the box with the console and controller, so it’s just like you’re pulling them out of the capsule when they land on Tatooine. (Don’t worry, there won’t be any sand in the package you can buy in November.)
