New Apple iOS 4.2.1 for Apple TV 2G (Build 8C154)

Apple has just released a new firmware iOS 4.2.1 Build 8C154 for its Apple TV 2G. There is nothing new in this updated software for the users of 2nd generation Apple TV. The iOS 4.2.1 for Apple TV 2G mainly addresses security issues and eliminates bugs from the previous version iOS 4.2 for Apple TV.
The most interesting aspect of this iOS 4.2.1 Build 8C154 is its identification as iOS 4.1.1 on device marked by Apple .The same dilemma took place in the last month when Apple released its iOS 4.2 firmware and it was reported as iOS 4.1 on most of the devices. Is it the correction of the last mistake or another slip by apple?
