Good News for Music Lovers! Now you can Play Amazon Cloud Player on your iPhone & iPad without any hitch. As we have earlier informed you about the start up of Amazon Cloud Player- Amazon’s new cloud based service for uploading and playing music; but unfortunately it was unable to work with iOS devices-iPhone & iPad. Why? Many folks were guessing that it was Flash incompatibility with iOS devices that was blocking Amazon Cloud Player to play on these Apple’s popular devices. But it seems that it was certainly a bad guess since now you can Play Amazon Cloud Player on your iPhone & iPad- Confirmed!
If you have Safari Web Browser installed on your iOS device, please visit Amazon’s Cloud Player, you would be glad to see that now it efficiently works on your iPhone & iPad devices. Certainly, first you would find a warning page there describing that your browser is not supported, but just pay no attention to that. Just click into the music in your drive and it would play music for your kind pleasure. It works spotlessly — Even when you receive a Push Notification or incoming call, the music would be paused, automatically.
Though playing Amazon Cloud Player on iOS devices is not match able with the experience you find on Android where Cloud Player is part of a native app, yet it is better than nothing. Thanks to Amazon for its web that has made this web-based player optimized for the iPhone and iPad. Uploading music streams is still not possible in Amazon cloud Player on iOS devices since it requires Flash; the folks would like to upload their music albums through their PCs anyway.
Apple is also preparing for launching the similar type of cloud based service-Music Locker soon that will be fully functional on your iPhone & iPad devices with music from gigantic music labels.
