We know that all firmwares from iOS 5 Beta 1 to the latest iOS 5.0.1 can be tethered jailbroken. But everybody is anxiously waiting for the iOS 5 untethered jailbreak. Here comes a great news for all iOS users; iOS 5 untethered jailbreak has just been demoed on a video.

For those who don’t know, the benefit of untethered jailbreak over a tethered one lies in the way that if your iOS device has been jailbroken tethered, you will have to boot your iDevice in a tethered jailbroken state after every reboot — so frustrating.
Now it seems that the iOS 5 untethered jailbreak tool would release soon. It should be noted here that @pod2g previously told us that he has successfully founded a way to jailbreak iOS 5.0 untethered. He also said that everybody looking for an untethered iOS 5 jailbreak must not update their devices to iOS 5.0.1 as this untethered jailbreak won’t work on iOS 5.0.1.
