Yet, there is not an all OK condition regarding to iPhone 5, many users are registering their complaints not only various tech forums but Apple’s official pages are also full of complainants. Here is a short review of top 5 Issues of new iPhone 5 users are complaining for; Apple should fix them as soon as possible.

1- iPhone 5’s Supply Issues:

Apple today announced that over 5 million iPhone 5 units have been sold in the opening weekend of the device. Though the figure beats iPhone 4S sales record it made last year, when its 4 million units were sold out in its debut weekend, yet it is very disappointing for the people who were related to its sale. Many tech experts and Apple analysts predicted that Apple may sell 6-8 million iPhone 5 units within its first week of arrival, but it kissed the below par figure of 5 million units. So all the tech journalists are now blaming iPhone 5 supply issues for ill sales performance. Apple should pay attention to resolve the issues effecting iPhone 5 supply line as it promised on the launching event of the new device.

2- Scratched and Scuffed iPhone 5 Units on Unboxing:

Many users are crying over the scratched and scuffed iPhone 5 units those came out right on unboxing the device. It is obviously an issue related to Quality Control Department that showed didn’t pay ample attention what was going on during packing process of new iPhone 5 units. Moreover, the scratched and scuffed iPhone 5 units might be a result of poor carriage quality. Whatsoever, Apple must take this issue a serious one and should control their quality control from manufacturing to packing to carriage. One Apple forum poster claims that Apple is well aware of the issue, but at present nobody has a fix for it.

I asked if it was hardware or software related and she said the WPA2 issue seems to be software based and the non-connecting issue may be hardware based, but that they are still trying to identify the cause.

Again MacRumors forum member “Leotno,” claims that white iPhone 5 models are showing slight light leakage between device’s glass display and chamfered aluminum antenna. Many tech sites have confirmed some new iPhone 5 units have a minute crack just below the home button. At present, nobody can say that this issue is related to only few iPhone 5 models or if it’s in fact a prevalent defect.
