After ICY, here comes LIMA, another Cydia alternative to find some exclusive jailbreak apps & tweaks. With growing market of Apple’s iOS devices, it seems that Cydia is not enough to fulfill the demands of jailbreak community in near future. The folks are in search of a new heaven of jailbreak apps like Cydia to quench their thrust with full throttle packs of jailbreaking tweaks and apps. So Lima is now in competition with Cydia & Icy but with a distinguished feature. Yeah, it is only a web-based Cydia alternative on your iOS devices-iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Interestingly, Lima is also the presentation of Infini Dev Team, the same behind Icy’s return. However Lima is much fascinating idea than any other platform for getting jailbreak apps like Cydia and Icy. The most beautiful feature of the Lima is its speed. Now the jailbreakers would have their required apps within the time taken to blink the eyes.
Moreover, Lima is a web-based App Store and has its own plus points for jailbreak community. Apps would be linked and opened directly on your iOS devices just like iTunes and their updates would also l take no time too.
Yet no information about how would Lima work and when would it launch. However, we welcome Lima as another fit alternate for Cydia & Icy. It would encourage the healthy competition in tech zones, indeed.
