Zuckerberg Owns $24 Billion Out of Facebook’s Total Worth $100 Billion: Leaked Financial Report Suggests!

Facebook is going to be public in upcoming April 2012 with a break of $3 billion in revenue for 2010, most of Facebook employees are also going to include in world’s millionaires. The man smiling atop mass of pretty bucks would none except Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Gawker claims Facebook has earned a heap of $714 million on revenue of $2.5 billion for the first three quarters of 2010, without any debt; though Facebook didn’t confirmed it yet.
According to Gawker report, Facebook employees own the majority of the company’s shares at around 30% while Mark Zuckerberg holds 24% of the shares of the company. As per a recent report by Forbes, Facebook is seeking to become a public limited company in 2012 with an IPO of massive $100 billion. If the report is true then Zuckerberg’s stake, obviously, valued at about $24 billion. However, Facebook spokesmen declined to comment on the report.
The other major stock holders of Facebook are its partners including Digital Sky Technologies with 10 %, Accel Partners at 8%, Dustin Moskowitz at 6%, Eduardo Saverin at 5% and Sean Parker at 4% accordingly.
As described earlier, Facebook is supposed to be preparing a public offering for 2012, and at that particular time the company would have to necessarily submit their income statement as per SEC regulations.
In January, Facebook confirmed that it raised $1 billion in an “oversubscribed” offering of Class A stock, led by Goldman Sachs, to overseas investors, and an additional $500 million more via a December offering led by Digital Sky Technologies, also of Class A stock. Both deals valued the company at about $50 billion, Facebook said in a statement at the time.
Facebook would hopefully file public financial reports no later than April 30, 2012. The site currently caught 800 million users, and on Thursday it pushed out its Timeline update revealing the entire user base.
